Himalayan Masters Hosts Grand Annual Program 2025

Himalayan Masters Hosts Grand Annual Program 2025

Himalayan Masters organized its Annual Program on August 21st and 22nd, at the beautiful Trisuli Villa location in Benighat located in the Bagmati Province.

The two-day retreat was a fun-filled experience, and everyone in the Himalayan Masters family was able to bond together in a relaxing atmosphere away from town.

A total of 40+ participants, including the office officials, trekking guides, porters, and site staff, attended the program. This meeting was not just a formal meeting, but rather a celebration of team effort, cohesiveness, and a shared vision.

Purpose of Annual Program

Significantly, the event took place before the beginning of the autumn trekking season in Nepal, the peak season for trekking and adventure tourism in the country.

The primary goal of the program was to prepare for the next season, enhance collaboration, and foster a closer connection among all members of the organization.

Trekking is a team adventure in which guides, porters, and office staff are equally important members. That is why Himalayan Masters created a platform where all could share their experiences, exchange ideas, and discuss future ambitions.

The program showed how our organization cares not only about its clients but also about the staff that works behind the scenes to ensure the success of every trek.

Exciting Announcements for the Team!!

The Himalayan Masters increased a 15% raise in salaries of employees. It is a gratitude to the work effort and devotion of the guides, porters and office personnel.

In the next upcoming meet after the autumn season, the company will award the season “Best Guide of the year” and “Best Office Employee of the year”.

They will get the reward of 1 lakh NPR each with a company sponsored tour to two international places. It is a recognition of their service, commitment and devotion to the success of Himalayan Masters.

They will be assessed on the criteria of professionalism, team effort, customer-satisfaction and commitment to clients on an enduring basis across the entire trekking season.

It shows the desire of Himalayan Masters to appreciate great performance, to inspire its team and instill a culture of appreciation. This makes the employees feel valued and motivated to do even better.

Program Activities and Highlights

The Annual event was a mix of business and pleasure, with just the right proportion of entertainment. The major highlights were:

Trust Building Session: A deep interaction was designed to help the team build trust and facilitate easy communication. Such activities have helped fortify the bond between office personnel, guides, and porters, which is crucial for smooth trekking activities.

Experience Sharing: Guides and porters shared their experiences on the trekking routes. It was informative for all of us to hear about their experiences, and it also made everyone aware of the challenges, as well as the joy of working in the Himalayas.

Strategy Sessions: Effective sessions on how Himalayan Masters can expand as a unit took place. Ideas to enhance the trekking activities, improve client security, and foster cooperation among team members were also shared for the upcoming seasons.

Dancing and Music: The program was lively with people dancing and singing along. All night, the villa was rocked by different dances by the team.

Fun at Swimming and Riverside Fun: The cool waters of the Trisuli Villa made the program exciting. Team members swim and rest by the river, taking a long-awaited break in their busy lives.

A Stronger Team for the Future

The annual program enhances the relationship between the office and field personnel, was one of the most valuable results of the program.

Whereas guides and porters spend months in remote mountains on treks, and office officials conduct their work on planning, operations, and management of clients. This was an opportunity to gain insight into what the other was doing.

Trekking is not only about reaching the mountains, but it is also about teamwork, planning, safety, and hospitality.

Dedication to Semi-Yearly Celebrations

To further develop this solid foundation, Himalayan Masters has resolved to conduct such events twice a year, prior to the autumn trekking period and prior to or after the spring trekking period.

These programs prepare the team for the busy seasons and celebrate past achievements. They focus on addressing challenges, fostering team strength, and reinforcing organizational unity.

The concept is same as the Himalayan Masters idea, that the organization cannot grow unless its people learn to grow together.

By prioritizing the happiness, connection, and motivation of its team members, Himalayan Masters ensures the best possible experience for trekkers who choose to use the company in Nepal.

Conclusion

The annual event at Trisuli Villa, Benighat, is more than a set gathering. It was a time to celebrate the spirit of teamwork, enjoy the moment, and anticipate the fantastic adventures ahead.

Mixed with fun, laughter, dance, swimming, and significant talks, the two-day event reminded everyone that Himalayan Masters is not merely a company, but a family connected through passion, dedication, and love for the Himalayas.

The team is excited and eager to conduct treks in the fall season, with the spirit of the program to provide tourists with memorable experiences and make them feel safe and welcome during their visits.
