We recognize that things can change in an instant, so our booking policy is fully flexible. If you are unable to travel due to personal circumstances, you may move your reservation to a new and more convenient date with no questions asked and no penalties paid. Your deposits with us will be a lifetime deposit that you may use whenever you like, or if you are unable to come to Nepal, that deposit can be utilized by your friends or family if someone is travelling to Nepal.
