About his life

Himeshwor Timalsina was born in the Tribhura Sundari village of the Dhading district of Nepal. He started his journey as a trekker in 2063 BS. Initially, he joined as a porter and gained knowledge about the industry. He then started working his way up to become a trekking guide, obtaining a license. Regarding years of experience, Himeshwor has successfully served Nepal’s increasingly popular tourism industry with more than ten years of his experience.

His first stop was in Kathmandu, and he felt the call of Nepali geography for the first time. Seeing his relatives and neighbors successfully engaged in tourism. Himeshwor decided at a very early age to personally discover his country’s specific opportunities in this field. He gave up his job as a teacher to fully indulge in his passion. The satisfaction he got in helping other people trek through the glorious terrains of Nepal was overwhelming.

His record signifies trekking tourism in Nepal: The first-time success of Annapurna base camp follows the Tsum Valley, Manaslu circuit, EBC, Gokyo Renjo La pass, Langtang Valley, Gosaikunda, Annapurna Circuit, and Ganesh Himal base camp. In addition to trekking, he is also socially active and loves the exploitation of different cultures worldwide.

Since he is supported by his loving family, Himeshwor remains dedicated to his mission to explore the world and share the rich Nepali culture with friends, travellers, and visitors from all corners of the globe. His tireless dedication inspires all who are drawn to Nepal’s beauty.
