Nepal Tour Overview

Aren’t we all looking for a naturally rejuvenating and culturally peaceful vacation we can afford?

And what if we say that you can explore all of these within a week, having a luxurious time, yet at a very affordable rate? Sounds like a good deal. So this All Nepal Tour takes you to Nepal’s four most important cities, i.e., Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, and Lumbini.

Each of these cities has its perks, making your holidays to Nepal a wholesome experience. Firstly, we have Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal itself. This so-called city of temples has seven world heritage sites within a small area.

Along with the incredible architecture, the Nepal Tour Package also offers the chance to savour Nepal’s cultural blend and modernization.

Second on the list is the city of Pokhara. The distant panoramic view of the mountain is stunning. The valley is equally superb, with many natural spots, such as caves, waterfalls, George, and more. The temples and museum of Pokhara are something we cannot miss.

Also, it is home to great adventurous sports in Nepal, like paragliding, bungee jumping, rafting, mountain biking, etc—a perfect end to an ideal vacation.

After sightseeing in Pokhara, our next destination is Chitwan. We explore the very rich bio-diversity in the Chitwan National Park. You can see the rearing area for crocodiles and some museums.

Also, a keen botanist will find the tropical vegetation within the park quite amusing. The entire area is filled with natural beauty and can be visited in a Jeep.

Also, there are other activities during the Chitwan tour package, like elephant rides, horse rides, canoeing, or walking. If we have more time, we can explore other temples and settlements of Chitwan during this Nepal Tour Package.

Then, we will explore the city of Gautam Buddha, which sends a very peaceful sensation within your soul. Within a more extensive garden, we will see many monasteries and gompas built by different countries.

So, prepare for the best week of your life with the Himalayan Masters trek. Let’s learn about this Nepal Tour Package in detail.

Best Time for Nepal Tour Package

Travellers to Nepal claim that March to May and August to December is the best time for the All Nepal tour. Along with unleashing the true beauty of mountain views, spring and autumn are also the times when the flora’s colour and fauna’s activities take your heart away.

The picturesque foreground of tropical and temperature forests makes a perfect setting. Also, the winter in Nepal, especially the plains, is very pleasant. The mornings are warm enough to stroll around, and the days are cool enough for the hike.

Summer, i.e., June and July, marks the monsoon season in Nepal. People have yet to acknowledge the beauty of the after-rain view. It’s the time when the animals in Chitwan National Parks are very vibrant, and the fresh flush of grass makes everything green.

That’s perfect. Simply put, this all-Nepal tour is arranged by Himalayan Masters trek throughout the year, and you can travel whenever you wish.

Road Condition of Tour Route

Road conditions of the major tourist axis (Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lumbini, Chitwan) in Nepal are influenced by the local area and meteorological conditions.

Roads of Kathmandu:

Access roads from the cities to Kathmandu are mainly paved, although they may be bumpy and traffic-heavy, particularly at peak sightseeing times of the year.

During the rainy season, hazardous potholes and muddy roads can lead to delays. However, in general, the streets of Kathmandu are paved with black pitches in most areas.

Kathmandu to Pokhara Road Condition:

The road running from Kathmandu to Pokhara is mostly paved and reasonably well. For example, some areas inside the archives are quite tight and/or curved, and therefore travel time could be faster.

In monsoon months, landslides can occasionally block roads. The road to Pokhara from Kathmandu is well laid out and constructed in parts.

Lumbini Road status:

The road from the major cities, like Pokhara to Lumbini, is nice, but some places are under construction or weather-dependent. It’s usually accessible year-round.

Road of Chitwan:

The road from the city to Chitwan is largely tarred, with some poorly maintained stretches in some areas. The roads are less congested than Kathmandu and Pokhara, and the driving is more convenient. The roads are generally accessible throughout the year.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended while you are travelling to Nepal, as it covers potential problems, such as medical emergencies, cancellations, lost items, or natural disasters. Be sure to verify the coverage and know what your policy covers before leaving.

Cost of 9 Days Nepal Tour Package

The cost of a Nepal tour can vary depending on the destination, type of accommodation, duration of the trip, and activities included. The average cost of a simple sightseeing tour in Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, Lumbini and Chitwan can range from $1250 to $1,500 per person for a 7-10-day trip.

Luxury tours by private transport, luxurious facilities, and staff-assisted services can be expensive.

Additional Money

Having some extra cash on hand for personal use, such as shopping or for activities not otherwise included in your tour package, is recommended. Other expenses can include dining out in the local area, purchasing souvenirs, and taking optional trips such as a boat tour in Pokhara or exploring markets.

Money Exchange and ATM on Tour Route

Especially in big cities (e.g., Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Chitwan), there are lots of ATMs, and currency exchange is also quite easy. International debit/credit cards are everywhere in tourist destinations, such as hotels, bars, and shops.

However, carrying some Nepali Rupees with you is a good idea, especially when travelling to remote areas or small towns where card payments may not be accepted. Do not exchange money in the airport, as rates are generally unfavourable.

You can exchange money in Thamel.

Food and Accommodation

Food and accommodation are available at every journey stage in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lumbini, and Chitwan for all budgets and budget requirements.

Kathmandu:

Food varieties in the city are quite rich and diverse, from the native Nepali cuisine to the foreign cuisines. With respect to familiar foodstuffs, it is reported that the preferred meals consist of momo (dumplings), dal bhat (lentil soup with rice and rice), and Chatamari (Nepali pizza).

Around here, lodging ranges from guesthouses to small hotels and many of them sit adjacent to the Maya Devi Temple and the Sacred Garden.
