The traditional road route passes through Betrabati, Kalikasthan, and Dhunche before reaching Syabrubesi. Another important connection uses the Mailung-Syabrubesi road, which provides a shorter alternative toward the northern Rasuwa corridor.

Syabrubesi also has regular jeep and vehicle connections toward Kathmandu, the Tibet border, and nearby villages.

Depending on the route and transport available, travelers can also connect toward Galchhi and onward destinations such as Pokhara and Chitwan.
